The smiling faces make it all worthwhile. Dale hands out glow sticks to every person in a costume (young or old)... until we eventually run out.
I've enjoyed the "wave at the bus" pictures for years, it's awesome. But considering how into Halloween Dale is, I was wondering if he was familiar with Halloween-L page on Facebook? We're just a bunch of folks who love a DIY Halloween, and we would love to talk shop.
